In a bowl soak the oats and water for 10 minutes.
In a high speed blender add the coconut water, banana, soaked oats and cashews.
Blend until all is well mixed and combine.
Pour into a serving bowl (coconut shell if you have).
Divide the, kiwi fruit, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds and fresh mint and garnish each bowl.
Serve and eat immediately.
