Method
  1. Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk and water for 4 hours or over night.
  2. In a high speed blender, mix the berries.
  3. Divide the coconut nut and chia mix between two jars or bowls, layer with the berry mixture and top with the toasted seeds. Can be eaten straight away or put a lid on and keep one for tomorrow. Enjoy
