
Coconut, Chia and Berry Breakfast Pot

- 1/2 cupCoconut Milk
- 4 tbspChia Seeds
- 1 cupFrozen/fresh mixed berries
- 2tbspToasted SeedsPumpkin and Sesame

Method
- Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk and water for 4 hours or over night.
- In a high speed blender, mix the berries.
- Divide the coconut nut and chia mix between two jars or bowls, layer with the berry mixture and top with the toasted seeds. Can be eaten straight away or put a lid on and keep one for tomorrow. Enjoy
