Method
  1. If using jars divide and layer the quinoa, carrot, cabbage, coriander, shallots, bean shoots and sesame seeds as in the picture. If using a bowl mix the same ingredients together in a large serving bowl.
  2. In a jar combine the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, olive oil, ginger and sesame oil. Shake well.
  3. Pour over salad just before serving.
